We operate from our purpose designed, highly secure facility where we shred all confidential material on our custom designed shredders. As members of British Security Industry Association (BSIA) we pride ourselves on being one of a handful of companies who meet the stringent membership standards. As we ensure our standards are maintained to the highest level, and with knowledge that we are a registered data processor, our customers are guaranteed the best service.

To maintain high security standards all our staff are vetted in accordance with BS EN 15713:2009 and are cleared to handle paper shredding of secure data, this encompasses collection to the processing for shredding.  Once the data has been shredded we can provide a certificate of destruction to prove compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Our collection personnel uphold a clean and smart appearance and will be happy to pick up confidential data from either a central site collection point or from individual bins located through the office areas.

We are also able to shred CD’s and Microfiche. In many cases companies are unable to shred microfiche to a state of total where it can’t possibly be read however, we at Printwaste have designed a machine that can shred such material to an almost powder like form.
