Following the government’s announcement on Monday, stating that the UK must adhere to further restrictions, we would like to assure you that we continue to operate as an identified key worker business during this pandemic.
We are observing government guidance with the upmost seriousness and are continually monitoring the situation to ensure we adjust our work practices appropriately.
As it stands, our transport and waste team are still able to provide full shredding, recycling and waste collections to essential services, where needed.
We are immensely proud to be supporting the NHS and healthcare sector, as well as food producers and processors, at this time. As we all know, these people are working flat out to look after those in need. We will continue to do what it takes to provide waste collections for these essential services during this difficult period.
We also continue to service the customers in other sectors that need us at this time, and we are assessing and reviewing each request on a case-by-case basis. Our administration team is available and can assist you with any enquiries you may have. We know that collection schedules are needing to be adjusted and we ask for your patience, as we anticipate some delays.
Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of both our teams and our customers. Because of this, as the pandemic has evolved, we have taken additional measures to reduce the risk of exposure. Our drivers and warehouse teams are following the distancing rules and using sanitised hand gel and personal protective equipment, including disposable gloves and face masks.
Ultimately, our relationship with you, our customers, has always been about working together to find the best solution. In the current situation, this is more important than ever. We are all in this together and we promise we will do our very best to minimise disruption to your business and be there for you now and when we come out of this difficult time.
If you would like to talk to us about any of the above, please email us at email@example.com or call us on 01242 588600. We will be happy to help and advise you.« Back
