News

In 2016, we had the pleasure of supporting and contributing towards the Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Organ Donation ‘One Thousand Thank Yous’ project which was unveiled today (09.03.17) at Gloucester Royal Hospital, we were delighted to be invited along to witness the launch.

GRH '1000 Thank Yous'

The ‘One Thousand Thank Yous’ project is a way of recognising and thanking organ and tissue donors. The poignant and beautiful heart-shaped artwork designed by George King Architects was showcased today in a main area of the hospital to be enjoyed by patients, staff and visitors at GRH. Its presence is intended to raise awareness of the value of organ donation. The heart is made up of engraved gold tags with messages from organ recipients to donors.

All the team at Printwaste are proud to be part of such an important and moving campaign.
