All the confidential paper we shred is baled and sent off to approved paper mills, where it is recycled into new paper products.
Are there any paper items that cannot be recycled?
Paper that has been contaminated with food, paint or dirt is not suitable for recycling. Nor are tissues, wet wipes or foil-based gift wrap. These items go through our waste-to-energy process instead, avoiding landfill.
Do you shred any other confidential materials besides paper?
Yes. We can also provide secure, certified destruction of hard drives and digital media, branded products, uniforms, badges and corporate clothing, and credit or bank cards.
