Get in touch to let us know how many confidential documents you have for shredding, and we will provide you with a quote.

Step 2

Collection

We will book you in for a collection and deliver secure confidential bags to fill with your documents.

Step 3

Shredding

Depending on which option you choose, we will either shred your documents on your doorstep in one of our mobile shredding vehicles or transport them to our high-security shredding facility to be destroyed. Once destroyed, you will receive a Certificate of Destruction.

Step 4

Recycling

We will then your shredded documents to a paper mill to be recycled back into new paper-based products.

Yes, you need to fill at least one sack with your confidential paperwork. We can handle any amount above that.

Our sacks hold between 15kg and 20kg of confidential documents.

You can fill our sacks with any paperwork or documents containing sensitive information. We can also recycle old hard drives, CDs, USB sticks and other technology items. Just tell us what you need when you request a quote, and put each type of material in a separate sack before collection.

During the audit, we’ll review how much cardboard – and other waste streams – your business generates, assess your storage needs and identify opportunities for improvement. We will then provide a full report with specific recommendations tailored to your business needs.

No. Our cross-cut shredding machines can handle a few paper clips and staples, so leave this to us.

We will aim to deliver your sacks as soon as possible once you have placed your order, but please allow a few days for delivery when we are in your area. This helps us plan our vehicle routes most efficiently and do our bit for the environment.

No. We can deliver the sacks when you are not there, if you let us know where to leave them.

Yes. As your documents contain sensitive information, you should not leave them unattended, even in our sealable sacks. So, we do need you to be at home when we come to collect them.

Yes. We offer a drop-in service between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, at our Commerce House site in Cheltenham. You will need to pay on arrival, so feel free to ring ahead to check pricing and procedures.

Home shredders offer a less secure cut and cannot compete with the industrial-sized machinery we use. They are also more time-consuming to use, as you have to feed the papers into the shredder manually. We can take large quantities of documents off your hands in one go and destroy them quickly for you.
And buying and maintaining a decent home shredder (think of all those paper jams) can end up being more expensive than using our shredding service, where you just pay for what you need.
