Fluorescent tubes can be found in many workplaces as they were easy to install. Today, we find that many are being changed for LED equivalents which are more environmentally friendly. However some of the components in the fluorescent tubes are hazardous to the environment and because of this they need to be disposed of correctly and responsibly.
